43 Writing Contests in January 2019 - No entry fees

January is a great month for writing contests. This month there are 42 contests, and none charge entry fees. Prizes range from $40,000 to a camera.

If you are an author, you might as well enter some.  It certainly won't hurt and just might help get you and your books some attention.  I found this great blog that lists current writing contests each month and supposedly there are no entry fees attached.  Who can beat that?
